Refund policy

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for online orders. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at hello@localfabric.co. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our team will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

You will receive an email notification once we've received your return, and you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that a $7.50 fee will be deducted from the original amount to account for return shipping.

Exchanges
The best way to exchange an item is to first return the item that you have. Once you receive confirmation that the item has been received, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at hello@localfabric.co if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. Our team will evaluate and ensure we correct any issues immediately.
