How does The Placemaker Project work?

We create beautiful, bespoke products that celebrate the unique spirit of the places you love.

  • Provide us a few details about your place (i.e. name, photo)
  • Check your email to review and approve your design proof (delivered to your inbox in < 48 hours)
  • Receive your custom-made product in the mail in just 1-2 weeks!

 

What if I need revisions to my project?

We have a satisfaction guarantee policy. That means we will make free revisions until you are 100% happy with your project.

Simply reply to the proof email with your changes, or schedule a follow-up consultation with one of our design experts. 

I love your designs, but I am looking for something a bit different. Can you help?

If you have customization needs that can not be specified during the checkout process, please email hello@theplacemakerproject.com.

Note that some customization requests may be subject to an additional fee.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be thrilled with your Placemaker project, and we stand behind our designs and the quality of every product we make. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us so we can make it right.

Please note that we do not accept refunds after our team has started work on a custom design. We do however offer unlimited product revisions should you be unsatisfied with your design.

In the unlikely event that your product has a defect or becomes damaged in transit, we will honor a refund or replacement of your item. Please email us at hello@theplacemakerproject.com within 30 days of receipt of your product.

Do you support wholesale orders? 

Certainly! Local businesses are the very heart of the communities that our projects celebrate.

To set-up a wholesale partner account, please fill out a Partner Account Registration Form. Our team will review your information and be in touch with you. Whether you represent a local business, school, or service club, we are happy to offer special pricing and support.
